1. REGISTRATION

We will set up a customer account for you within one working day and inform you by email once this has been done.

3. LOG IN TO THE ONLINE SHOP

Log in to our online shop using your customer account to view all prices and access online purchasing. We are also happy to advise you by phone on individual products, discount options, and order handling. (tel.: +49 203 39391188).

4. ORDER

Simply place your order in our online shop, and we’ll send you an order confirmation by email within one day.

5. PAYMENT

Pay for your goods via PayPal or advance payment/bank transfer. For regular customers, we also offer payment by invoice upon agreement (CONTROLEX).

6. DELIVERY

You will receive a shipping confirmation after the goods have been dispatched.
