GENERAL INFORMATION

Configuring a video intercom system takes a lot of time and requires a certain amount of experience. Our service technicians will be happy to pre-configure your devices for you, so that you only have to wire the devices together on site.

Pre-configuration includes a brief preliminary discussion, firmware updates, correct addressing of all components, integration of the VTH / VTO, creation of users, functional testing and detailed documentation.
