Controlex Customer Journey is an application for tracking visitor paths and demographic data in physical spaces. It provides GDPR-compliant insights into visitor types, their individual movement patterns, and zone-specific interactions with time stamps at each location.
Important: This version has a minimum contract term of 12 months. After the initial term, the contract will automatically renew for an additional year unless terminated in due time. The notice period for termination is 30 days. Please note: The price of the app applies per channel. If you wish to use multiple channels, you must purchase the app separately for each channel.

These hardware products are required for the technical implementation of the solution:
- an ID camera (e.g. at the entrance or exit), which provides data as a reference point for later identification;
- one camera per zone, which covers a specific area;
- a network recorder, which processes the data from the cameras and evaluates the walking paths.

The Customer Journey App automates data collection, processing, and transmission, as well as internal system communication between hardware components – with GDPR-compliant deletion of sensitive data once analysis is complete. It provides you with structured, analysis-ready visitor data for further use in downstream systems (e.g. retail media).
