1. RMA Number

• Returns will only be processed with a valid RMA number. RMA numbers are valid for 10 working days after receipt.
• Please request the RMA number by telephone or by sending an email to support@controlex.eu. Please note the RMA number on our standard return slip.
• The issuance of an RMA number does not automatically entitle you to a voucher. It is used to send the goods in for inspection.

2. Return Slip

• We will only process returns that include a fully completed return slip (including RMA number and a copy of the invoice or delivery note). If this is not the case, the return will be refused.
• Please use additional packaging for the return shipment. Please do not write or stick anything on the original box.
• The return shipment must be sent at your expense.

3. Reasons for Return

• 01 Incorrect item ordered
• 02 Item not ordered (wrong item supplied)
• 03 Incorrect quantity (excess items supplied)
• 04 Damaged during delivery
• 05 Technical defect
• 06 Other

4. Conditions

• Returned items (return reasons: 01, 02, 03, 06) must be unused, in their original packaging, and complete (with accessories and operating instructions). The original box must not be damaged, labeled, or have stickers on it. If these conditions are not met, we will return the items to the sender without notice.
• Delivery damage (reason for return: 04) must be confirmed by the parcel service.
• Defective items (reason for return: 05) may be returned without the original packaging and may show signs of use. If, after technical inspection, it turns out that the item is not defective, it will be returned to the sender without notice.
• Items that cannot be repaired by controlex GmbH will be forwarded to the manufacturer's RMA departments. In this case, we have no control over the processing times.
• If, as part of the RMA process, we receive items that were not purchased from controlex GmbH, they will be returned to the sender without notice.
