1. RMA-Nummer

• Returns will only be processed with a valid RMA number. RMA numbers are valid for 10 working days after receipt.
• Please request the RMA number by phone or informally by email to support@controlex.eu. Please note the RMA number on our standard return note.
• The issue of an RMA number does not automatically entitle you to a credit note. It serves to send in the goods for inspection.

2. Retourenschein

• Only returns with a fully completed return note (including RMA number and copy of invoice or delivery note) will be processed by us. If this is not the case, acceptance of the goods will be refused.
• Please use additional outer packaging for shipping. Please do not write or stick anything on the original box.
• The return shipment must be carriage paid.

3. Rücksendegründe

• 01 Article ordered incorrectly
• 02 Article not ordered (wrong delivery)
• 03 Number of pieces wrong (too much delivered)
• 04 Transport damage
• 05 Technical defect
• 06 Other

4. Bedingungen

• Returned items (reasons for return: 01, 02, 03, 06) must be received unused, in their original packaging and complete (with accessories and operating instructions). The original box must not be damaged, labelled or pasted. If these conditions are not met, we will return the items to the sender without prior notice.
• Transport damage (reason for return: 04) must be proven by receipt from the parcel service.
• Deficient items (reason for return: 05) may also be returned without original packaging and may also show signs of use. If, after technical inspection, it turns out that the item is not defective, the item will be returned to the sender without prior notice.
• Articles that cannot be repaired by controlex GmbH will be forwarded to the RMA departments of the manufacturer. In this case we have no influence on the processing times.
• Should items be received by us within the RMA process that were not obtained from controlex GmbH, they will be returned to the sender without prior notice.
